Summer Salsa

July3

This delicious summer salsa makes a lot (serves about 20). It is best if you make this salsa a few hours before you need it so it has time to soak in the dressing and cool in the fridge. Enjoy, it is totally yummy!Summer Salsa 2 avocados, diced4 tomatoes, diced2 small cans of sweet corn1 can diced green chilies2 cans black eyed peas, rinsed2 bunches green onions, chopped thinly2 peppers (1 green, 1 red), choppedsome cilantro (no stems), chopped2 pkgs Good Season Italian Dressing1. Combine all ingredients in 1 bowl.2. Make 1 package of Good Season Italian dressing (directions on package). Then add 1 more package without adding vinegar, water, etc.2. Mix dressing with the ingredients. Refrigerate.
