We will keep all of our stuff in NC for the next five or six years and pay double rent for the six weeks we are in VA. All things considered (like moving every summer) we think this is the best way to do it.

I am thinking ’10 family reunion in NC or VA? We should come to you guys for the party (although I am not sure it is financially viable) — it looks beautiful. I am so glad you guys have it secured. Good luck with VA!
