I have not felt any desire to read recently, but a friend told me about a great new book.
I didn’t want to start any new projects since I’m about 3 weeks away from having a baby outside of me instead of inside, and this book was the perfect thing to fill my time. I couldn’t stop thinking about it when I finished. I bought the first one (anyone want to borrow?) but decided to be wait-listed at the library for book 2. Ugh, I don’t know if I can wait another day to read it…Amazon is calling me.
I agree, it’s an excellent book. I would tell you to go buy book 2 right away (it’s just as good as book 1) except that book 3 isn’t out until August. It’s tempting to recommend that people don’t even start to read the series until the third, and thankfully final, book is out… just because once you get started it just pulls you in and you don’t want to wait.
Good luck resisting the temptation of instant gratification.
I’m half way through the second. It’s an easy yet entertaining read. I know – the ending of the first made me crazy.
