I totally hear you on the eating less thing. I came into motherhood thinking nursing was the answer to every cry, and things were so much better when I finally realized that sometimes K was crying because he was grumpy and tired, not hungry, and that I didn't need to feed him again when I had just fed him an hour ago. Hope her naps get better. I think Kevin's naps were pretty short when he was little, but now he will nap for a couple of hours with no problems, so I'm sure she will get better.
